At CALLESTER, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at Callesterbrand@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
